Happy New Year, everyone! I'm going to try to update the front page more frequently this year. 2008 will be bringing some changes to the site - for example, the 'Guestbook' tab will be going away. It will be replaced by a 'Motorcycle' tab that will include information about our bikes and bike gear, photos and of course trip reports. I have just added a few new photos in a brand-new album, 'Alaskan Winter 07 - 08'. That album isn't in the drop-down quite yet, so just select any album from the drop-down and click 'album list' at the top of the album page to get to a listing of all my albums. Enjoy!

We just got back from our Yukon Territory ride and posted over a hundred photos! Check out the "Hyder Trip" photo gallery to check them out. I'll be posting a ride report in my blog sooner rather than later.

Holy photos, batman! I treated myself to a new (digital) camera, so photos will be appearing much more regularly now. I've kicked things off with four new photos in 'Chickens in Alaska' and 15 in 'Alaskan Winter 06 - 07'. If you haven't already seen them, there's also my 'Iditarod 2007' gallery. There's a lot of moose photos because we're absolutely overrun with moose at the moment - every time we look out the window, there's another hulking moose staring back at us!

Here's hoping you had the best possible holiday season! I've been less-than-speedy at updating our website recently due to a variety of things, but rest assured, this weekend there should be a couple of new photo galleries up and ready for viewing!

I finally got around to uploading the photos I took during Scott's parents' visit last month. Shockingly, I only really took photos on the day we went to Seward (the weather was too rainy for my camera other days). Check 'em out in Alaskan Summer 2006. Also, a few new photos have been added to Chickens In Alaska - the girls are getting big!

We got our first egg today! I have no clue which pullet should get the credit for it, but there are photos of the egg in the 'Chickens In Alaska' album. It's a tiny thing, but was perfectly formed with a nice, hard shell!

I just uploaded a bunch of new photos to the 'Alaskan Summer 2006' album, including all the photos from my 4th of July weekend backpacking trip. Enjoy!
